Welcome to join an Eviqe Estates Group Tour. Buying a property is a big decision, but we are here to help you make it easier. When you join one of our Group Tours you will spend three days together with us in a group of maximum 10 people in total.
You will be accompanied by our friendly and professional property consultants at all times during the tour whom will show you a wide range of the best investment projects in North Cyprus in a non-pressured environment. You will visit and compare different areas, get to know the island and receive property and legal consultation.
Our job is to make sure you get a full understanding of the market and the purchasing process before you make your decision to invest in a property.
From £39* you will get:
• 3-day property tour
• 4 nights free accommodation (in a shared apartment**)

• Transportation during tour

• Transfer to and from airport
* If you arrive and departure from Ercan Airport you will pay £39 (incl VAT).
If you arrive and departure from Larnaca Airport you will pay £69 (incl VAT).
Please note that if you wish to stay in a private apartment, you are welcome to contact us and request prices as it varies depending on size and season.
**Here couples are counted as one person.

Details:
- We recommend you book your flight ticket to Ercan Airport (ECN) or Larnaca
Airport (LCA).
- Make sure you arrive latest one day before the tour starts to not miss any
day on the tour (see dates in calendar).
- Please book your departure flight earliest in the evening on the last day of
the tour (see dates in calendar).
- Once your booking is completed, please send a copy of your passport to
your agent.
